Berks County Busted Mugshots is privately operated, not a government office. Messages about the site can be sent through its contact channel, but this site cannot confirm custody, verify a release, post bond, retrieve an official booking record, or act for a court. Those requests must go to the responsible public office.
Sheriff and Booking Contacts
The Berks County Sheriff’s Office handles Central Booking and warrants functions separately from the county jail’s custody system. Direct a Central Booking record or photograph request to the sheriff’s records officer, not to a general website contact.

Central Booking operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
For current county custody routing, contact the Berks County Jail System at 1287 County Welfare Road, Leesport, PA 19533, 610-208-4800. The Booking Division lists extensions 4837 and 4838. The jail page also directs public users to VINELink and PA SAVIN for custody or release notifications.
Choose the Right Official Route
Different questions belong with different record custodians. The home page explains how those systems fit together.
- Use the sheriff RTKL route for a specifically described Central Booking record.
- Use Berks Jail or VINELink for a current custody or release-notification question.
- Use the arresting municipal department for its police report or its own post.
- Use Pennsylvania UJS Case Search, the MDJ, or Clerk of Courts for case status and disposition.
- Use PA DOC, BOP, or ICE tools only for the separate state, federal, or immigration custody context.
